Simple Design on Nanoscale Receivers Using CNT Cantilevers

To develop nanoscale sensors with future potential, a receiver utilizing the nanomechanical vibration of cantilever composed carbon nanotube, had been proposed for detecting digital information carried by wireless signals. The introduced includes two essential parts: phase detector and demodulator, which employ reference signal carrier signal, respectively. Additional components such as electrical circuits oscillators are required to excite these signals, increasing sensor size. This study presents design method simplifying structure contribute miniaturization. theoretically derives tractable form that can describe performance receiver. enables determination simple enhancement from mathematical perspective. Using method, either wave or be excluded receiver, its structure. results demonstrated through numerical simulation.
